PSD to Wordpress Theme

I have a .psd file that I need sliced up and coded into a wordpress theme. I'd like to have the theme completed by February 6th if at all possible. The theme will have a slider in the header as well as a rotator that rotates quotes as well. I'll need an area in the admin to update those on a regular basis. The theme will also have side widget areas and a footer widget area. I've organized the .psd so that there's an entire instructions group layer within the [login to view URL] explaining exactly how everything should be coded and function. You can turn off that layer before you slice the .psd up to code the theme. I've also included a separate [login to view URL] for you to use to create each slide for the slideshow. I thought it would be easier to use the slideshow .psd to export each slideshow image & text as one complete image rather than the text and images being separate. I've also included a template for a few of the content pages and I need the content for these pages coded as well. So I need you to create the theme & I need a few of the pages content coded as well. I'd like you to develop the theme on my clients server so I can proof it with them on my their server. Once it's been approved I'll release the final milestone payment to you. Once I've awarded you the job, I'll give you the FTP username and password and Wordpress username and password to start coding. I'm looking forward to working with you.
