I need assistance of a skilled WP designer / coder that can work on a 1 page WP site which is 100% responsive, has parallax and scrolling effect, which implies all pages will be on menu and on 1 page and when you click on any page, it goes down to the respective page / section on the same home page. I will share some of the tasks, however need someone that can customize an existing premium theme I purchased to modify content and replace images and reposition any other segments needed to complete the site.
