WordPress RSS Content Aggregator Plugin

I need a WordPress plugin, (maybe starting from this [login to view URL] and this [login to view URL]) in order to create and manage a content aggregator like ilbloggatore.com. - There should be a form for submission. In this form you should enter blog title, feed url, category (autocomplete that takes wordpress taxonomy terms -and eventually subterms-. You should use custom post type), contact email, captcha. Form has to be included with a shortcode. - After submission i should see pending request from my backend (receiving an email). If approved this blog posts start to appear into the aggregator. This post will show a small excerpt (possibilty to edit length by backend) in listing pages (category and index) and a longer one for "[login to view URL]", with a link to the original post. And a thumb if present. - If blog has been accepted the user will receive an email. (Text of this email should be change by plugin options panel). - The plugin should be installed and activated/deactivated as a normal WordPress plugin. It should work without using any other plugins.
