html page converted/setup as a page on a Wordpress Blog

I have a page that was created as a html page. You can see the page here: [login to view URL] I want the contents of this page put into a Wordpress Page. I want the page setup to look exactly or as close as possible to the html page. So no sidebar etc. I have even started creating the page using tables because the last person kept insisting on trying to setup a template. I DON'T WANT A TEMPLATE! I want to be very clear this page needs to be added to an existing page in Wordpress. I DON'T WANT THIS HTML PAGE LINKED TO IN THE WORDPRESS MENU! Sorry for the caps but again the last person I tried to have do this just would not listen to my instructions. When responding put the words "monkey" into the first line so I know you read this entire message and you are not an automated response.
