Hi I'd like to be open to begin with that I have not ever used CodeIgnitor but I'd like to give you another option. I have worked on sites using frameworks I've never seen before and completed those projects successfully. I have done a fair bit of scraping since joining freelancer back in May, and even before that, including scraping recipes from three major websites, prices of precious metals from a financial website, stock levels from overstock and before that, awstats data from an area secured by log-in and also from yacht sales websites. Asides from CI familiarity, what you're asking for sounds very simple.
