Design a simple Customer Relationship Management Software

I would like to develop a simple CRM Software with the following features : Report Generation o Able to extract information from external platform (NASS) o Generate reports such as investment reports, insurance reports o Export via Excel Spreadsheet o Allow selected data to be exported only · Calendar Function o Portray information such as appointment timings, clients’ birthday, policy renewal date etc o Able to extend invitation for appointments (for mentors, managers) · Calculator Function o Able to calculate commission payout (First year, Second year) o Calculate MDRT (For what is about MDRT, you may check our this link: [login to view URL]) · Email Notifications o Preset email templates ( Birthday wishes, Festive wishes, Policy Renewal Reminder) o Send Emails to relevant recipients after user’s approval · Differentiated User Access o Admin able to view all data from all sources o Able to create user account o Able to restrict the level of user account The thing to pay special attention to is actually the extraction of data from other platforms and to utilise the data and input it in the reports. It is VERY important to let me know if you can handle this area of programming, the external platform is owned by my clients therefore obtaining permission to set up a link ( maybe via ftp folder etc ) is not a problem. Another thing which is important is the calculation of the commission payout, different products have different payout schemes, and the next year will have a different percentage. The percentages will be given to you, but you will need to teach the system to calculate. Excel spreadsheet is able to do so, if you need it i am able to get you the excel spreadsheet formula. The email notifications, if possible, can it be tailored to a specific person, for example, a email template, when you click on the client name in the system, the email generated (for example birthday wishes) will automatically include said client name.
