Add new issue with Redmind Rest API

Hi everyone This project might be very easy to do but I don't have time to do it myself. I have written a PHP script to add new issues with Redmind Rest API. It works fine. The only problem is that I can't set Custom Fields and attach files while adding the new issue. There's a documentation on how to do it.
