Hello bidder, Please provide a full description to explain the issue/your ability to fix it if you want us to contact us. We had issue with Push notification delay, and we created a multi threading approach and it worked good with services with less than 1000, however, when we tried it with more than 3000 users, 99% of users didn't receive the notification for Android and IOS. We tried to play with limits as you can see in the specific code as attached. We need someone with rich experience to fix the issue so we're able to send users the notification with timing (less than 10 sec) as we think there's a bug with the multi thread. We have bonus and other projects for the one who fixes this issue. Best,
