Apartment rent

Hello to all 1) I need USERS (apartment owners) to be able to register on the site (member area) and get administrator right to add/edit/delete their APS - each user has its own APS, with no limit to number of APS. USERS can add Title of the AP, text description, price per day and capacity (number of persons that can sleep in the AP, e.g. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8). User can reorder photos from the first to the last (the first photo is the main photo of the AP). Users register by providing mobile phone number and email – email needs to be verified with the confirmation link sent in the first email to the User. User can define a location for the apartment by choosing it on the map by entering the address; city, street and number (google map). When visitors of the site open an AP, they will see all available data (Title, description, photos, capacity, price..) and a map to be able to see where the AP is. 2) I need to have "superadmin" role to: a. make every AP visible or invisible. New AP visibility is set to "invisible" by default when created, until superadmin makes it visible. b. duration of the visibility needs to be adjustable in number of days - after it expires, AP gets invisible. c. add a "balance" to each user, e.g. 100 or 200...etc, credits. Credits can be spent by the user in the way described below. d. to setup the cost of "boosting" the AP "and highlighting" the AP. (these 2 features are described below) - meaning, I need to setup how many credits the user will have to pay to activate these 2 features. E.g. boosting costs 1 credit, while highlighting costs 10 credits (and this is adjustable). 3) USERS can see in their admin console for each AP how long it is going to be visible after superadmin makes it visible. User can also see remaining credits. 4) Boosting the AP: USER can spend credits on "boosting" the AP. When the AP is boosted, its "relevance" becomes the highest (see below more about relevance and sorting/listing APS). The relevance can be calculated from the time or simply marked with the time parameter, so when next USER boosts his AP, the new one becomes more "relevant" – and tat affects listing by “relevance”. Each AP needs to be "boosted" for relevance separately by the USER. The initial relevance for each AP is calculated at the moment when the superadmin makes the AP visible (so in that moment it becomes the most "relevant") 5) "highlighting" the AP - this is the next feature where user can spend credits. When user triggers this feature on each AP, that AP background color is changed to become more visible. Also, that AP appears on the top of the list of apartments and its order in the list of apartments is not affected by sorting (neither by price, nor by relevance). "Highlighting" duration is valid for 24 hours - after that period, highlighting goes off. 6) mobile friendly 7) Multilanguage site - English and Croatian 8) Sorting (listing) of appartments: Visitors can sort apartments by price(asceding/desceding) and by relevance. Default listing on the website is "by relevance" Visitors can also choose in dropdown box the "capacity" parameter to enlist only a subset of apartments. Default capacity is „any“. 11) Search edit box on the home page for visitors: visitors will search for APS in edit box. Search engine provides all results from „Title“ and from „description“. 12) Search result will display a list of apartments showing a main photo, Title, price and capacity. Search results can be sorted (by price and by relevance) and shortlisted by capacity
