Hi, i have a task which involves automation. I have a website that requires customers to fill in fields which i then get in the form of an invoice and via my admin panel on my zencart website. I currently have to manually edit these details into a word template which is very time consuming and means there are sometimes errors. As i have multiple sites in different countries that all use exactly the same system i am eager to make this work using a single email address that each site emails its orders too and then the automation connects the details from the email to a template. For example i currently have 2 websites that both send there orders to one email address. In a few years i hope to have 10 websites that send emails to this email address. I want to avoid automating using the website itself due to having to install it into each site. Each word document would then need to be saved into dropbox or a similar cloud service.

Hi. I am an expert Python/Java programmer. I have thought about your project and have outlined a basic plan. To create word documents from emails, one could use Apache POI library. The library is based in Java. It can write doc as well as docx formats. As for the cloud service, Amazon S3 is a good option in my opinion. It is very cheap and I regularly use it. hello, im sorry for my bad english. let me try to clarify : customer fill form ----> your sites send email to specific email address ----> automate in creating ms word document -----> send the result to dropbox. am i wrong? and which version of ms word you want to use? 2003? 2007 or later?
