Build an Online Store

You are required to develop an online survey system that allows users to provide information for a particular topic. The topic is "Knowledge and Skills Needed for Working in Data Science" You develop a survey system to collection employment-related information from companies to understand the needs of the companies on hiring data analysts or data scientists. There are 15 questions that will be given once the project is assigned . You should use PHP, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript (if desirable) to develop your online survey system. Your online survey system should contain following functions: 1. Provide a questionnaire interface (can be one or more Web pages) so that users/customers (or called subjects) can type and submit their opinions into your database; All the questions for your topic should be presented on the web page(s). 2. Store data collected from users in a MySQL database; You should try to collect real data the topic. Should store at least 10 real or made-up data in your database tables; But all data must look like real data! 3. Return a “Thank You” message to the users who filled the questionnaire. Meanwhile, display all data that the user has just provided on the screen; 4. Provide one or more separate pages that allow users to extract information from the data collected through the survey. At least 3 queries should be retrieved from your system. For example, one query can be “How many subjects have submitted the questionnaire?”
