We want two HTML forms one an Order/Quotation Request Form and the other a client registration request with email notifications according to the designs attached. Both the forms should be built on HTML/PHP and need to be hosted in a subdomain. For e.g. [login to view URL] or registration.mydomain.com. The users will simply visit these forms, enter some information and click on SEND button. It will just then send an email with the information provided with attachments (if any) to the user's email address with a cc to us. There is no database and no information will be saved in any database. 1. The forms and email must be developed according to the screenshots attached, must be responsive and support all the browsers like IE, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari. 2. There will be no advance payment. Payment will be released in full after the demo and testing. We will provide you the necessary icons and graphics file in illustrator. Please make sure you are clear about the requirements before bidding.

Greetings, Do you need validation too on form fields? (it was not mentioned anywhere, if needed). Also, there is no "all" browser kind of magic other than having a work "standard" enough to support "major" browsers. And, just to be clear, I don't have any issue to clear payment after work but you have to put amount in "escrow" prior to project's acceptance.
