Build website to host program licenses

Dear Sir, I am 13+ year experienced c# developer. I have designed, coded and running a licensing solution for 7 products since last 3 years. These products are installed in big banks and other companies. In this project I capture some hardware information from customer machine, send it to my online service, which verifies the customer profile and creates an encrypted license string for requesting machine. This license string contains multiple data items, including no of customer devices like (bank atm machines, desktop biometric devices etc), license expiry date, license type (Trial, Full) etc. I have knowledge and experience of dotnet classes which communicate over http/https with web servers from desktop clients. Sending data to web server and receiving responses form webserver and then parsing web server responses. I am familiar with Platform Invoke technology of dotnet which is used to consume C++ APIs. I have worked in multiple projects using dotnet encryption/decryption APIs. Even to make my solutions PCI/PADSS compliant I have used sql server column level encryption on sensitive data.
