Corporate Order Placement Functionality for Printing

Website: [login to view URL] Create a separate url (subdomain) for a specific client with following functionality 1. Login Page 2. Gather Business Card / Letter Head / Envelope Details from the client and show proof of the same (web to print concept) 3. Place Order option 4. On Placing the order, an email with the print file attachment to be mailed to 3 mailids - creator, corporate admin, printrust 5. Admin must have option to view the attachment and approve, deny, ignore mail 6. On approval, confirmation mail along with the attachment must be sent again to the mailids - creator, corporate admin and printrust 7. On deny / ignore, corresponding mail must be sent to the mailids - creator, corporate admin and printrust This can either be accomplished through magento extension, wordpress plugin or custom functionality whichever is cost effective
