Courier Service Portal required

I need courier services portal required for individual visitor/user and companies and a master admin panel for us. Create account for individuals and companies. Parcel booking forms. email and SMS intimations. 1 3rd party API will add. Status and remarks (both able to send message on booking order) will update and intimate by email/SMS Search by company, by status, by date etc and export result in EXCEL form. Both are able to generate report customer and us. Delivery Charges and TAX(% apply on delivery charges) will include from master admin by specific area or cities. Generate order reference number or code. As new parcel will book then the administrator will able to assign rider to pick the parcel and drop or the only pick from the pickup point/customer and drop at the hub. COD (cash on delivery). at the booking parcel time company will add product price, delivery charges will add automatically from system and TAX on delivery charges. Reports able to show specific company by status, COD amount, received amount, TAX amount etc... All above points and other basic functions and requirements of courier system.
