Create a custom dynamic JS Chart

The chart will receive JSON or Mysql data and render it on the chart with the following things in mind: 1. Chart must be responsive for desktop/mobile users 2. Completely open source chart script 3. The chart will add empty space until a given date (provided be me). for example if the chart data end on 1.10.14 and I defined that the chart will be until 01.01.2015, it will add the extra space together with the x-axis label for the additional months. 4. 2 Vertical lines a. Where data feed ends b. Where future date is set 5. When a user clicks on the chart (anywhere), it will lock the y-axis value and show it in the selected value form input ‘Selected Value’, also adding the dashed line on the chart. a. Users can change their selection and the value will be updated, removing the old selection. 6. The chart need to be light weight in terms of dependencies and files attached to it 7. Need to be compact and easily place multiple times on the same webpage but showing different feeds and different parameters (like the amount of future time to show) 8. Axis labels will automatically aggregate to prevent overlapping of labels. 9. Axis are scaled automatically 10. Animated chart rendering 11. Ability to increase Y-Axis scale by percentage for example a chart the has a Y-Axis range of 100 to 300 will increase its range to 0 to 400. in addition, chart’s Y-Axis minimum is 0, unless defined otherwise. 12. There will be a grid in the background of the chart (light grey)
