create drag and drop application

I need a drag-and-drop application for adding elements to an email or a letter. There should be 2 tables: CREATE TABLE `emails` ( `id` int(11) NOT NULL, `language` varchar(2) DEFAULT 'en', `description` varchar(100) DEFAULT NULL, `paragraphID` varchar(255) DEFAULT NULL ) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8; and CREATE TABLE `paragraphs` ( `paragraphID` int(11) NOT NULL, `type` varchar(25) DEFAULT NULL, `language` varchar(2) DEFAULT 'en', `description` varchar(100) DEFAULT NULL, `content` text ) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8; There are 7 types of paragraphs: date, senderAddress, recipientAddress, salutation, body, closing and salutation. Each type will be used once and only once _except_ for body. There can be any number of body paragraphs in the email. For example, there can be only 1 type of date in the email and one type of signature, but many body types. Once placed in the email, I need to be able to move them around to get them in the order desired. The object is to display the [login to view URL] and drag the appropriate paragraph to the email. I want to display the [login to view URL] in the email, _but_ I want to save the [login to view URL] to the email record. The email record could have the paragraphs in any order when it is saved. Again, I want to be able to view a list of the [login to view URL] and then drag-and-drop that to the email record, but I want to display the [login to view URL] on the screen and then save the [login to view URL] to the email record. THEY MUST be saved in the order displayed on the screen in the email. There must be an ADD, EDIT and PREVIEW capability. The email can be edited by selecting the [login to view URL] and then displaying the [login to view URL] in the order saved with the record. I want the list of paragraphs on the right of the screen with vertical tabs for each of the 7 paragraph types listed above. The user can then select the type of paragraph to display all of the descriptions and then drag them to the email. And it may be obvious, but I only want the paragraphs to be selectable based on a match of [login to view URL] and paragraphs.language. I would prefer non-matching languages to not be displayed.
