Create A Program That Crawls and Copies Information Onto Wordpress Website

I need a program created that will crawl, [login to view URL] and copy the information from each listing over to a website like, sublet.buoffcampus.com. The app would create individual listings through the wordpless template, [login to view URL] . This program would be installed on my server and crawl the page once a week, updating the website with any NEW listings, it would not need to change any information about a listing once it is on the new site, it would only have to remove it if it was removed from the original site. The data that would have to be scraped is several fields of text (they would have to be recorded in the corresponding fields on the Wordpress site) as well as any images along with the listing (which would have to be tied to the listings on the Wordpress site as well).
