Create script to link shopping cart output to fulfillment house.

We are looking for a programmer that can integrate our shopping cart order completion with the proper customer information which needs to be sent to a new fulfillment house. The fulfillment house requires an ASCII file sent as an email attachment, integrated with the shopping cart’s API. We need a web programmer to solve this issue and make the integration work. With the API we must send notification token to a particular script whenever a new order with soft-cover books is placed; the script therefore must pull order, product and contact data from this token, populate fields in an ASCII file, then send it as an email attachment to the fulfillment house. We have a product inventory of 9 products with SKU’s that must trigger the completion of this script process, and the sending of order information to the fulfillment house.
