Creating an interactive table matrix on webpage using D3.js

I am looking for a skilled developer who can create an interactive table matrix on a webpage using D3.js. The project requires the following specific features: - Sorting: The ability to sort the table based on specific columns. - Filtering: The ability to apply filters and display only relevant data. - Highlighting: The ability to highlight specific cells or rows. Design/Layout: - I have a specific design in mind, which includes a matrix with 20 rows and 16 columns.
