Customize my magento e store

I need a professional Magento Developer to assist me in doing some small changes on my Mangeto Ecommerce Store Checkout Page. I will list down the things needed to do in details and let me know if you're able to do it and what is the timeline. 1. On Shipping Method, we had 2 Flat Rate shipping method, one we name as "Power Express", and one we name as "Self-collection" When customer filling in the information before check out, we want the step 3 of shipping method "Power Express" to be chosen as default, it means when customer goes into the step of shipping method, "Power express" is already checked as default, and unchecked. 2. Under checkout page, Step 1 of Billing information, there is a dropdown box and 2 radio button, the dropdown box contain the address we added in our address book, and new address selection. When the New address is selected from the dropdown box, it will open a form to fill up the new address, this is correct. But the problem is the 2 radio button which is Shipped to this address, and Shipped to different address, when click on the shipped on different address, nothings pop out, the radio button of shipped to different address seems to be useless. I need you to do 3 things for this billing information section. 1) Remove the new address from the dropdown box selection, only address that are saved inside the address book able to appear there. 2) When customer click on shipped to different address, the form for them to fill up their new address then only will pop out. 3) I realize that when customer had a address save on their address book, and when they click new address, the forms came out, but their particular is still there, such as "first name, last name" " Address" " Zipcode" "Country" "Mobile Number" is still there using the data from the address book. I need you to make sure the Address column, and the zipcode column to be in Blank in default when customer fill up a new address form. 3. At step 4 of the checkout page, Payment information, we added paypal as one of our payment method, you should know that in default there will be a Paypal logo on left side of the wording "What is paypal?" But we had change the word from "What is paypal" to "credit debit and paypal" I need you to remove the paypal logo on the left side of the wording, and a image to the RIGHT side of the wording. I will attached the file to send to you for the image I need you to put on the right side of the wording of "credit card/debit card/paypal. In additonal, I need you to remove the hyperlink from the wording. 4. We need our website to be secure from http to https secure website.
