Data elaboration

We would like an app for Windows that could help us to elaborate some data. Starting from files like the "saleshistory ifd" (attached) we need a sums for every date (column W) for every IVA (column Q). If you see in the column Q there are 3 perecentages: 4%, 10%, 22%. For every date and percentage we need the sums of: column U, column R, column S, column T. (not column U+ R + S + T) As we receive the csv files, like "saleshistory ifd" (attached), with about 200 lines each but in differents files there could be the same date. It would be possible to charge the files and then decide when do the sums? So that it will do the sums for the same date from differents files. Every month we will create a file xls. As output we would like an xls file like the "output" (attached)
