Disable output buffering (Apache)

I have been usinf Linux for 7 years, Ubuntu/Debian being my favorte distribution. I have skills in BASH, Python, C, and other programming languages. I use Ubuntu everyday and on all my servvers. Are you sure this is output buffering? Could that be mod_expire configuration? Unloading mod_buffer is no-brainer.
