Download Gate Website

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm looking for a freelancer that works with me on a "Download-Gate" Website. You'll only need to code the website, I'll deliver all the screens. The main function: Person Y (Producer, Singer) uploads his latest track/cover and enters his social channels. Person X wants to download this file from Person Y, to be able to download the file Person X needs to follow the social channels from Person Y. Main use: Producer/Singer/DJs can put their tracks/covers/mixtapes into a gate and grow their social network.
