Fine-tune optimization for PageSpeed and YSlow - Elite

-- Change use of H3 tags in Widgetkit FAQ to use H2 tags by default for all questions on the FAQs page. Change font size of title on popup images on screenshot gallery page (image attached) -- Install GeoTrust SSL EV Certificate in the footer area to replace the Alpha Seal SSL (which is just an image). The PayPal Seal and the Security Seal images must be separate from the SSL Seal, but all spacing and positioning should remain the same. [login to view URL] -- Fix remaining PageSpeed and YSlow errors: 1) Still have redirects for the footer images and we have a landing page redirect on homepage. Footer images are also missing image dimension specifications. 2) Configure ETags for all images that are listed. Some people suggest removing ETags entirely, but this is not the best practice or solution and is not recommended by experts. I would like to keep them enabled while fixing the images/files that are missing ETags. 3) Use cookie-free domains ... not sure how to fix that but it is the biggest error remaining. 4) Defer Javascript parsing is still at a score of 0. I read that JCH Optimizer has a setting for this, but I think it caused us a bunch of problems? I also read that you can insert a block of code into the head to accomplish this manually, but that's all the information I have.
