And remove the padding on the content holder delete the spacing issues. The scrolling navigation menu seen on websites is really easy to replicate in WordPress.

Recently i worked for a similar project for GE (General Electrical) where i have converted legacy application which was just running on IE7 to all the latest browser like IE8, IE9, IE10, IE11 (Enterprise mode, Non Enterprise Mode), Chrome, FireFox and Safari. I have been in IT industry for the past 9 years and done lot of work on this UI technologies. So it will not be a big challenge for me to work this mentioned project.
