Issue 2, when I send a message to my support email, from another email account, I usually receive an auto message acknowledging the message sent. Problem 1. Your mail server may be black listed. Since these mails are very importat, you should use mail service that guarantee highest mail delivery like Amazon AWS or Sendgrid, this way your server repuation won't affect your mail delivery. Problem 2. Again your mail server can be black listed. Check if mail is delivered. I highly recommed using google apps or zozo or some other reliable email hosting if you are on a shared hosting server. If your site is on a dedicated server with only your own site, there is less to worry, but on a shared server with many other customers, one of the customer site getting hacked and your IP get black listed. So don't recommend using it for business emails.

Hi, the emails issue seems because of your server mis configuration or ip blacklist by popular spam control organisations. This will be analysed and fixed in 2 hours, let me know if you are interested. Please note that in case of microsoft outlook mail issues, you may need to submit the ip blacklist removal request to microsoft.

Hii... my name is Henry. 1. have you checked the email if there is still in the queue? when we send email the MTA accepting the email post process(Antivirus scanning, Spam Scanning). do you notice about the antivirus/antispam failing? 2. do you send the email as the same domain as the support email or different? do you have ssh access to the server as root or sudo to check for the queue and the logs? cheers, Henry

Over 20 years experience in IT. Seventeen years experience as Linux/BSD/Unix Systems/Network Administrator for Internet Service Providers/Web Hosting Providers. Designed and implemented networks, including WANs, LANs utilizing wired and wireless technologies. Provided server administration for production SaaS web applications and eCommerce sites, including PCI DSS security compliance. It is difficult to say without know specifics such as the domain and the server's address. My guess is there is a problem with the MX records or the DNS. It would take some research to find the exact problem.
