Let connect in real tim to Fix the problem with server as following:
Issue 1. We send out messages, but it never gets delivered to our client even though the system says the message has been sent.
Answer: There must be issue with settings .
Issue 2, when I send a message to my support email, from another email account, I usually receive an auto message acknowledging the message sent. But in my WHMCS, no ticket will be created to reflect the fact that a message was sent
Answer : Server setting and some authentication issue must be creating this issues .
