Hello, I saw your post and I am interested in the project. From you current description of the project I would say that the project requires a WP plugin with both frontend and backend. Lets start with the backend where it will need to have the following functionalities: 1. Create a form and link it with a WP user account (a client) 2. Define the values of the dropdown menus for a form (custom form per client) 3. Delete or disable a form 4. Get the shortcut code to generate a new WP page for that form 5. List form entries 6. export form entries per form in CSV format So, basically with the backend you will be able to totally admin the forms per client. Now the front end will have two parts, the public part and the client dashboard. Lets analyze them. Frontend - public form: 1. this is the form that any visitor will see 2. it will be customized per client 3. it will validate the required fields 4. it will save the data in the db 5. it will send the HTML email 6. Notify the admin 7. Notify the client 8. if the visitor is a WP user it will prefill its data Frontend - Client's Dashboard: 1. a quick overview page (number of entries, last 5 entries, and a linechart per month) 2. a listing page of the entries with filter by Business Area, Date range and Team 3. ability to export entries in CSV format Please keep in mind that I am not a web designer so you will have to provide any graphics needed for the project.
