Once a member signs up, he/she can purchase ‘credits’ that will allow them to buy records from our database. In order to use the credit, you can enter either: - Coordinates (lon, Lat) - An Address - A zip code (position will default to the center of the zip code) Once the initial position is set, a 5 miles radius is drawn on a map. The number of records in our database will be displayed and you can finalize the purchase of those records. The records become then available for download in the download section of the account. Pages and Features to develop (details to come later for each of the pages) - Signup page - Login - Account page - Billing page (where you can retrieve each of the payment made for the credit) - Download page - Selection page (point of the radius ..etc) - Support page That sends a ticket to a table in the database. The theme used for the backend : [login to view URL] I would rather have no framework on the top of the theme to keep it as simple as possible, a set of class, functions instead of a heavy framework. DATABASE is on mysql format but can be on dynamodb to increase response time. Or Sphinx can be installed in order to create searchable indexes. So beware that SOLR, or SPHINX or DYNAMODB can be used or any combination. Must be proficient with Google Map V3. PHP, Jquery, LAMP environment.

Hello, A few things: 1)Are the records mapped to a set of coordinates? Because the zip and address will need to be converted via the google api to coordinates (please keep in mind that for high volume requests google will charge for usage of their api) 2)What payment method do you want to implement? 3)Regarding the framework use it is best to work with a framework because it will decrease development time considerably. Otherwise it will take a lot more to develop Regards
