Give me a solution for transferring data from paper to my spread sheet using image recognition (OCR) and programming.

I will pay you for your guidance and help on how I could take data from paper and update a spread sheet automatically using programming. I have experience in python and web scraping, php, html and autohotkey scripts, etc. I have been researching about OCR "optical character recognition" for possible ways of reading from paper to digital. In my window cleaning business I have the task of transferring data from paperwork to my spread sheet online. Please see attached image "paperwork example" below for an example of what my paperwork looks like. Each time I finish window cleaning for the day I go to my spread sheet and manually update each customer’s details. I update the date I cleaned their windows, how much I charged them and how they paid me etc. etc. My desired workflow and requirements is the following: 1: I scan my window cleaning paperwork onto my computer. 2: I run a program that looks at the image of the paperwork and is able to detect by text (OCR) each customer and the data for that customer. I can change my paperwork so that it looks like this for easier OCR detection - (See attached “OCR example template”). 3: Save the data in a programming language I can then use to update my spread sheet with the new data.
