Gravity Forms custom fix

We have extensively customized Gravity form plugin & know the plugin inside out. Know all the functions & classes associated with it. With the recent update, changes which were hardcoded in the plugin were over-written. I need to know what all things have missed & I will re-create those changes. I will also create a document for you so that if this instance occurs, you will be able to take care of it easily. Please share ftp & wp-admin details.
