Hasoffers script for API

Our need:The goal of the development is to automate the process of uploading the offers to our system. The main idea is to have the following process:- A Page in Admin - To add or remove companies- Select company (which we have api key)- Insert offer IDs we want to pull (in a search field? separated by commas for example)- Show all the searched offers (each field editable)- Create offersTechnical details:Languages: php, javascript, mysql, API1) require a login (hidden from bots/google)2)Add or remove companiesWe will have the ability to add/remove Networks (which will probably require Name, API Key and Network ID3)Select Network and Search for Offers by IDHere, we will:a)Select the network (drop down menu). One option only – no multiple selectb)Insert offer IDs in an search field. Each ID will be separated by a comma.c)Once the IDs are inserted, click on Button “Search”4)Show the resultsThe results will be shown in a table, 1 line per offer. Each field will be editable and each offer can be deleted. We should also have the ability to add more offers to the [login to view URL] to pull (this is not in the order and not entirely exhaustive):-Name-Preview URL-Tracking URL – Add to the data pulled: &aff_sub={transaction_id}&aff_sub2={aff_sub2}_{aff_sub3}-Payout-Caps-Geo-Thumbnail-Category-Expiration date-Advanced Targeting-Description-ID-AFFILIATE PAYOUT – Payout/1.3 (This field is NOT pulled from the system but rather calculated from the data “Payout”5)Create OffersOnce everything is edited, click on Button “Create Offers”. Create Offer function is an API call to our system that creates an offer according to the data we have pulled. However, some changes need to be made and some fields need to be added:-Name-Preview URL-Tracking URL-Revenue Payout – ADD – This is the data pulled from “Payout” above.-Payout – This is AFFILIATE PAYOUT calculated above-Caps-Geo-Thumbnail-Category-Expiration date-Advanced Targeting-Description – I am not sure how this will be pulled but in order to be seen formatted correctly in our system, this text should be html encoded.-ID (this will be created automatically)Managing errors:If there are errors or empty fields, the tool will need to show the right [login to view URL] can also occur during any of these steps (pulling data, creating offers). For example, ID doesn’t exist, offers not approved or not active, offers could not be created, etc)Code needs to be commented in perfect English and clearly written according to the standards. This is essential.
