Joomla GroupJive Integration ERROR

I need to troubleshooting my Joomla 1.5 site. Getting a Fatal error while using component GroupJive with Community Builder. When Administrator selects a group to EDIT or Create a NEW group I get this error. ERROR: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class patFactory in /home/tnewby/public_html/plugins/system/legacy/[login to view URL] on line 26 See the attachment. If you are not familiar with Joomla or GroupJive don't waste my time bidding. Should be a simple code fix, so Bid accordingly! Thanks
