Laravel 5.1 Project

I need a hand with some new features for an existing system. This is a system that was developed by a former member of our team and uses Laravel 5.1 and VueJS, as well as jQuery. The developer who gets hired must join our jira board and develop a few of our newly requested features, as well as refactor a section of our existing codebase. Spanish is not required but is highly recommended. Some of the items we need: 1. Fix payments system (uses conekta, which is the mexican version of "stripe"). 2. Ensure new members can sign up to a demo account. 3. Ensure new members can sign up to a paid account. 4. Allow demo account members with an expired membership to pay throug the app. 5. Ensure current members are not locked out of the system for non-payment through the payment system (create an artisan command to give them access manually if need be).
