MERCHANDISE (PRINCIPAL SECTION) CREATE ROUTE Sistem Will make 2 kinds of route (1. for delivery, 2. for returns) a route number (each time Will ascend automatically by one), system Will request Barcodes (each is an item) route Will contain between 1 and 100 barcodes (Will be input by barcode scanner) CLOSE ROUTE For close only delivery routes, close is to store barcodes what couldnt be deliered and driver return to inventory ex. Route 001, has 45 ítems (barcodes) then driver go to deliver all ítems but 5 was not delivered for different reasons (reasons Will define by admin), ocen driver arrive warehouse then receiver Will close route 001 by scan returns, these returns Will be stored in inventoy (returns) each scan Will request a reason after finish to scan returns system Will generate document PDF, with all succeed deliveries and all returns (barcodes) and print RECEIVE Is for receiver, Will scan all barcodes from main warehouse to be stored in inventory, system Will create a receive number for tracking purposes, once receiver finish to scan system Will request close receive number then Will generate PDF with this data an print RETURNS Is for ítems culdnt be delivered and store again in inventory, system Will generate main ID for returns, document for returns of all day once receiver finish to scan, system Will generate pdf and print (this document Will contain all returns of all routes of the day) System Will compare all returned ítems in CLOSE ROUTES, with this final scan to be sure all ítems returnes were scanned in this final day document INVENTORY Store all barcodes that receiver scan in RECEIVE, this part Will contain 2 kind of merchandise, 1. first time scanned, 2. scanned as return 1st time, 3. scanned as return 2nd time, scanned as return 3rd, onve item reach 3rd time them Will get status “return to main warehouse” automatically, here admin Will CREATE ROUTE (2. type for returns) once admin finish to scan all barcodes then generate PDF and print BARCODE HISTORY Here is to consult history barcodes in inventory 1.
