Make changes to a Wordpress website

I have a few changes I need made to a wordpress website [login to view URL] 1. Need a client consultation form built into wordpress Not sure what form software is best with wordpress I have a word document with the form required to be put on the site and hope once the form is completed the customer information is sent to an email address in readable format If the information can be saved against the users profile as well on woocommerce or wordpress login, 2. Front page pictures that slide, need them changed to represent the different pages that are linked to and the pictures in these front page The layout is currently [login to view URL] The following pictures to represent Laser/IPL ( pic of laser machine in use) Paramedical Treatments ( pic of facial machine I.e. microdermabrasion machine being used) Traditional Treatments ( pic of normal facial or mask etc. being applied) Cosmetic Doctor (symbol for doctor) Products/shopping cart (Shopping trolley) Specials (??? Pic of a present?) Online bookings Contact us ( pic of telephone?) If you can have the pictures change like in the current page [login to view URL] 3. So we don't need to scroll down to the circles further down the page. I would like all the front page to just be up until the end of the picture boxes. Also can you put the opening hours into the contact us box instead of at the top of the page? Plus I like our phone number to be at the top in biggish writing. With our slogan " Not just a Beauty Salon" on front page somewhere. Also Facebook link in the footer 4. Move Acne LED Blue Light Facials content to existing acne Blue page 5. Hope to install Woocommerce for the site, so we can setup ecommerce
