Mobile Redirect to Tel: Link, with Conversion Tracking

Hi there, I need a script that performs a redirect on smartphones, that leads into a tel:888-888-8888, AND is tracked as a conversion in Google Analytics. Criteria: - MUST work on all mobile browsers (specifically Google Chrome) - must redirect into a tel:888-888-8888 - must pass data to google analytics - can be PHP, JS, or something that works with Wordpress I was thinking something like: <?php pass conversion data to google analytics using PHP ... header(location:tel:888-888-8888) ?> Thank you.
