MySql Table Connection

My domain is landlordin.com. On my page I collect information about properties and their units from landlords. The actual page of the form is [login to view URL] The form comes from a Jquery file called [login to view URL] in the same directory. I have a MySql Database called “Commissions”. There are currently 4 table in Commissions, and these tables are “Properties”, “Unit”, “Leases”, and “Accounts”. On [login to view URL] form, the left side is for entering Property information, and the right side is for entering Unit information in relation to the Property information. For each property there will be one or more Units. So the user will click the “Add Unit” button to add additional units for each property. When the user is done adding all the Units for a particular Property, they may click the “Add Property” button to add an additional property for the Landlord. When the user presses “Submit”, the data goes to [login to view URL], where the data is suppose to be inserted into its appropriate rows and columns. Although how I have it set up it works right now. However, where I am having trouble, and what I would like to hire someone for is to connect each table “id” with its relative row of entry in the database. I have the Landlord ID connected with each related Property, I just need you to connect the Property ID to each related Unit. My domain is landlordin.com.
