First, the freelancer file is the MAIN file. need to REMOVE orders which are present in these other 5 finalmastersheet files Don't need to remove anything from those FinalMasterSheets, ONLY remove the duplicates from Freelancer file. So that will give you a short file for Freelancer That's the easy part 1. Once that small list is back I will provide you with new master files. Basically would be almost same, I will put the unmatched data from your new short list in the master sheet and give to you for further work. Then I want you guys to extract more data for each mastersheet: For each file you need to run the CCS application> pick any case i.e. 1-5, > select untimed > start case, next, next, next. click on the top LARGE icon for ORDER entry, then a blank window will open. you have to place All the orders in column B from each master sheet in and click OK. From this point you have to find / extract the data. We have most of the date for some columns in. Please recheck if the proper data is in those column. I will tell which one to check and which to enter. a. Finalmastersheet_xray2 : when click on the order, it would tell you if that order is available in "STAT and/ Routine", OR only stat or routine. So for column AE and AH - enter YES, if you see the radio button available for that test. Place "1" in column AF if there is YES in column AE and place any number from 8-12 in column AJ if there is YES in column AH. Place YES in AL if you see "Frequency" on the test with below "STAT/Routine" and place number in AM , AN, AO if there is number there. Once you have that then you can click on the top LARGE icon for the "Clock" and move the time by 5 days and click OK. You will see the results for these tests.
