New Module for Magento-based Coupon website

Please, apply only if you or your developers are proficient in English or/and Russian languages! We have an existing Magento -based website: [login to view URL] Everything is functioning fine. We just need some additional modules with custom functionality. [login to view URL] business model description ULLG sells discount coupons on behalf of Restaurants. There is NO money exchange between ULLG and Restaurants. These Restaurants simply agree to honor discount coupons that ULLG sells in exchange for obtaining customers. ULLG collects and keep 100% of the money from the sold coupons. At the end of each month money from sold coupons are distributed 2 ways: By default 50% goes to NON-PROFIT Organizations (NPOs) that are registered with ULLG And the other 50% stays with ULLG This split should be flexible and controlled by Admin from the back end. --------------------- WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: 1. Changes for the Customer Registration process During the registration each new customer is presented with a list of NPOs (that are registered with ULLG and approved by Admin). Customer may select from the list the desired organization for receiving set percentage of the profit from the sold coupons. If no selection is made then the default NPO (set by the Admin) will be getting money from all purchases of this customer in the future. Customer profile must have an option for changing NPO in case he/she will decide to do so later. There should be another feature—setting a special additional split between ULLG and a particular NPO for a certain Deal. Example: A member of a NON-PROFIT Organization owns a restaurant. He wants to promote his Restaurant through ULLG but he also wants 10% donations from the coupons sold for this deal to go to his church. In this case we need to assign this particular Restaurant deal to this particular NPO. In this case money will be distributed 3 ways: Let’s say ULLG sold $100 worth of coupons for this special deal. First, we calculate 10% for the special NPO that is assigned to this Restaurant coupon deal. 10% of $100 is $10 Second, we have $90 left which we need to split 50/50 between ULLG and all other NPOs that were assigned to or chosen by customers. ULLG is left with $45 and all other NPOs will get $45 divided between them accordingly. Admin will need an interface where he can set percentages, assign NPOs to Deals, set custom split for each NPO assigned to a Deal and see reports showing how much money each NPO must be paid. ================ Reports.
