In-page Stripe.js form that saves Customer and Card in our Stripe account, but does not charge customer.

Create an in-page form using Stripe.js. Do not use Stripe Checkout because we do not want to use the Stripe popup window, but instead embed it directly on a page. Fields to be collected: Email Company Name Cardholder Name Credit Card Number CVV Expiration Month and Year ZIP/Postal Code When the form is submitted, a Customer is created in our Stripe account and the Card is added to that Customer. Please see attached PDF for the desired appearance and behavior. The green images within the fields do not have to be done, but we should be able to drop links to our own images into the code without any additional coding. Thanks!
