A PhP programmer

I am looking for a PHP programmer/freelancer. I have around 30 hours of coding work (involves understanding well written existing code), adding a few more modules and debugging. If I like your work, the assignment will go on for a long time. If you bid $90 ($3 or low per hour), I will be delighted. If you intend to bid more than $100, don't bid. This project does not have that leverage. People from eastern europe will have a preference because of the time zone advantage.
