php script for scrape one website and save data in xls

i need php script that simulate search for each date (see start and days in [login to view URL]) with parameters on website where i put details in files that i attached to this project ([login to view URL]) for understand better see screen1 and screen2 also when find results need to enter in each record and get price about room and rate and write they in excel like in [login to view URL] (when scrape if not find word "condizioni" than need to find "rimborsabile", but if u find "condizioni" then not need to find "rimborsabile") take random proxy from file where there are list of proxies and use one random for each link that will be open by script
