PHP script repair for parsing of XML url feed

Not sure what happened exactly but the script has started to receive a fatal error and is no longer working. PHP update perhaps. Copy of the full script is provided to make it easier. The entire script is currently only 20 lines. Just need it updated/rewritten to produce the same output that it was producing, which is a list of registration links.
