PWA website to buy and get access to a calendar on WordPress

I am looking for a developer to work on a PWA on WordPress, where customers can buy a login, With that login user can access a calendar. There will be several types of calendars like Islamic, Chinese, Buddhist, Christian and Hindu calendars. What is in a certain day, is determined in a database. So more records per day. Also filtering must be possible. Main use is on mobile but also desktop must be possible. Design is also very important, pwa a must. Please bid if you have worked on pwa before.
