We require a spread sheet to schedule work. 1. The spreadsheet will be viewed across 2 x 50” monitors and based on a server. The finished spread sheet needs to be viewed by different members of a Production Team yet locked down to Admin for changes 2. The spread sheet needs to continue progressively from year to year (as projects cross over financial and calendar years )so there is no cut off 3. All headings would be Ariel 14 4. Column A would be max 60 characters (text and symbols) Ariel 14 -We need ability to enter text down the left hand side – See example column A spread sheet in attached "Production" file 5. Remainder of columns would be Ariel 14 (max 16 wide x 18 high) 6. Saturdays and Sundays will always be blocked out 7. Need ability to block days designated as public holidays 8. Need a data entry form to choose /enter info below – See example A. Particular staff member – who will be designated a background colour eg red fill for all his cells B. Name- contract number - text C. Choose the structure to be built (note: can be multiple structures eg deck+Patio+Hrail – list to choose from, D.
