Rewrite My php script

I have a script that I need rewritten. Essentially I need the script to perform the same functions as it does currently but have it be an all original code base. It is a link cloaking script. If you already have a similar script and waht to use some of that code base that is ok also. I anticipate 10 to 20 hours and am looking for foreign coders. Clean documented code is a must. Will give access to a live version for testing fucntions online. Can also provide an account for testing and working. Am open to offers I just had to set a price for the bid. Can explain in detail but essentially I had a script cloned and I think it is too much like the original. I need it redone so that the functions and variables are different and even the information stored in the text file is stored different or in a mysql database. Even the page layout can't look like it does now. By page layout I mean the way the information is displayed. IT is basic and I will provide the original cloned script and also an account for you to work on so we know that there will be no compatibility problems. I have had this awarded out here but have been waiting 30 days on something that was qouted as 10 days. My patience has ran out. The script must function fully before payment.
