I have a degree in Computer Science Engineering from U of I in Champaign. I specialized in classes on algorithms like Combinatorics and understand how both Wright's Equation and how to calculate Hardiman's Coefficients. I can have this done in about two days or less and plan to already look into it, as I am interested in the problem. I will be using PHP with mysql (been programming 10 years.) I want a fair price for it. My program can use either the typical base generalization for dogs or allow an entry (because a typical generalization has to be made to start calculating Hardiman Coefficients at all. ). I will have it ready in no time!!
