We need a car rental booking form for WordPress. We tried solutions from existing plugins, but this doesn’t do what we need. We need a ‘bookable/rentable product’ in WordPress. PRODUCT (CAR) PAGE Pickup date AND TIME (date from now) Return date AND TIME (date from tomorrow) Admin needs to be able to disable days / hours, (opening hours) also has to be able to disable to block festive days like Christmas. [Days are calculated between two dates] (needs to be a function we/you can adapt easily in the code, because of possible exceptions we get later) OPTIONS USER CAN CHOOSE 1. Number of km [field(number)] Every car in backend have free kms. (if number kms < free kms there are no extra costs; else the calculation for the extra costs is (number kms - free kms) x price per km 2. Going abroad [dropdown with a list of possible countries, standard ’no'] - price per day (Insurance costs per day when going abroad. ’No’ displays nothing; when country is selected something like ‘Insurance costs') 3. Insurances [checkboxes] - price per day 4. Extras [checkboxes] - price per day We would like to be able to give every extra an image 5. Accessories for rent - price per day Some have checkbox (so amount is 1) Some have dropdown with amount Price will be calculated with (days x amount x price a day) 6. Accessories for sale - fixed price Dropdown with amount We would like these products to come from woocommerce (so they can be ordered without renting a car too) Everything has to be calculated on-the-fly. And all options with their calculated price will be displayed on-the-fly in an overview. ----------------------- User has to be able to enable/disable every insurance, extra, accessory for rent and accessory for sale FOR EVERY CAR. User needs to be able to have different prices per car for - Price per km - Every Insurance Every text needs to be translated by WPML. We tried Woocommerce Bookings, Gravity Forms, but this doesn’t do everything we need. You can adapt that plugin, or build it custom-made. You can adapt these (the plugins are there) or build it custom-made.
