I have skill C# and network programming. I can develop application for you in 5 day. The application will be written in C# and communicate to hotmail using IMAP protocol. The application will autostart with windows. When it open for first time it will ask hotmail username and password. If every thing correct it will hide in systemtray and move email from junk to inbox. If have queation you can ask me any time.
